About Farm ATC

Air traffic control, down at crop height.

On a computer, Farm ATC is a trainer for running a farm where many autonomous aircraft work at once. You fly your own crop operations: send a scout drone to sweep each field clear, then a crop-dusting helicopter to spray it, but only while the wind is between 3 and 10 mph. Around you, the farm's other drones file flight plans between fields and hubs. You see conflicts coming seconds before they happen, and you Hold, Clear, Delay or Reroute to keep everything apart.

Real farm problems come up on every shift. People walk into fields, bird flocks drift across, new towers go up, and pads get blocked or run low on power. Each comes with a note on the real rule or risk behind it. Hubs have only so many pads, so a full one means circling or an emergency landing at a pad beside a field. Electric scouts charge only at the shed and avgas dusters refuel only at the barn: land at the wrong one and you'll wait for a supply truck.

Start with Lesson 1 and its instructor, then work Standard shifts through a 100-day season, earning promotions from Trainee to Chief controller and new aircraft for your hangar. Set the speed of play from slow to fast-forward. Or open Free play, a sandbox with random weather where you control the traffic, the alerts and the hangar yourself.

On a phone, Farm ATC is a quick, casual game. Drones fly in over the farm, each headed for its own hub. Touch a drone and drag to draw its route home, and keep the routes apart. A How to play card and tips get you started, and every few landings brings a new level with more drones, a little faster. Three incidents end the run.
